Do you remember these? I do. So I pulled out the recipe when I was asked to make a dessert for our beach trip with students. I knew it was a bit ambitious to make 55 of these bad boys, with all of the layers and extra rolling but it felt worth it! I did opt to skip the graham cracker layer because it gets so bulky and because it felt unneccessary. So much less important than the marshmallow and CHOCOLATE, amIright?



Worth the extra effort, these ginormo cookies look so beautiful and enticing with their marshmallow innards peaking out!
